Terms and Conditions
Services and estimates
AUVERIX provides mobile vehicle-detailing, paint-correction, ceramic-coating, maintenance, and related services. Website prices are starting prices unless expressly stated otherwise. Quotes are based on the information available at booking and may change after an in-person inspection of the vehicle.
Vehicle size, condition, contamination, stains, pet hair, odors, paint defects, access, location, and the requested result may affect the final price and service time. We will explain and request approval for any additional charge before performing added work. We may decline work that is unsafe, unlawful, outside our capabilities, or materially different from the information provided at booking.
Bookings and confirmation
Submitting a booking request or placing a service in the online cart does not guarantee an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only after AUVERIX sends a confirmation with the service, location, date, and time or arrival window. Customers must provide accurate contact, vehicle, location, and service information.
Deposits and payment
AUVERIX may require a deposit for selected services, including paint correction, ceramic coating, specialty work, or large appointments. Any required deposit and its terms will be disclosed before payment. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is due when the service is complete. Applicable taxes, approved add-ons, vehicle-size adjustments, condition charges, and travel fees may be added to the final invoice.
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. AUVERIX does not store complete payment-card information when the payment provider processes the transaction directly.
Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows
Customers should provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A late cancellation or no-show may result in loss of the deposit, a cancellation fee disclosed at booking, or forfeiture of an included membership visit. Weather-related or safety-related rescheduling initiated by AUVERIX will not be treated as a customer cancellation.
Service location and customer responsibilities
The customer must ensure that the service location is safe, legal, accessible, and approved by the property owner or manager. The customer must provide access to the vehicle and keys when required and must keep children, pets, and bystanders away from the active work area.
Customers should remove cash, valuables, medications, weapons, sensitive documents, fragile items, and unnecessary personal property before service. Child safety seats should be removed by the customer unless other arrangements are made. AUVERIX will not reinstall or certify the safety of a child seat.
Vehicle condition and safety
The customer must disclose known problems that could affect the service, including loose trim, damaged paint, failing clear coat, leaks, electrical issues, aftermarket modifications, sensitive materials, mold, bodily fluids, pests, sharp objects, or hazardous substances. AUVERIX may stop or refuse service when a condition creates a safety risk or requires specialty remediation.
AUVERIX may document the vehicle before, during, and after service to record condition and completed work. Public marketing use of identifiable customer information, license plates, or other identifying details requires permission.
Results and preexisting damage
Detailing improves appearance and cleanliness but cannot guarantee complete removal of every stain, odor, scratch, swirl, water spot, oxidation mark, contaminant, or defect. Results depend on age, material, paint system, prior repairs, maintenance history, and existing damage.
AUVERIX is not responsible for preexisting damage or failure of aged, defective, previously repaired, repainted, loose, cracked, delaminating, or improperly installed surfaces and components, except to the extent caused by AUVERIX negligence or willful misconduct.
Paint correction and ceramic coating
Paint-correction results are confirmed through inspection and, when appropriate, a test spot. Complete defect removal may be unsafe or impossible because clear-coat preservation takes priority. Ceramic-coating durability ranges are estimates based on the selected product, preparation, vehicle use, storage, environmental exposure, maintenance, and wash methods.
Ceramic coatings do not prevent scratches, rock chips, dents, water spots, impact damage, or damage caused by improper washing. Any manufacturer warranty or maintenance requirement will be provided separately when applicable.
Memberships and recurring billing
Membership benefits, price, billing frequency, minimum term, vehicle-size adjustments, discount exclusions, visit frequency, and cancellation rules are shown on the membership page and are incorporated into these Terms. Memberships apply to the registered vehicle, renew automatically until canceled, and remain active only while payments are current.
Unused visits and discounts do not roll over and have no cash value unless required by law. Customers may cancel after any stated minimum term by using the website contact form or calling 352-476-3305 before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not create a partial refund for the current billing period unless required by law.
Satisfaction concerns and refunds
Customers should inspect the vehicle promptly after service and report a concern within 24 hours. AUVERIX must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and, when appropriate, correct the issue. Completed services are not refundable merely because a customer changes their mind. This provision does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Website use and intellectual property
Website text, branding, logos, photographs, graphics, and other content owned by AUVERIX may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or used commercially without written permission. Customers may use the website only for lawful personal or business purposes related to learning about, booking, or purchasing AUVERIX services.
Third-party services
The website may rely on third parties for hosting, scheduling, maps, analytics, communications, and payment processing. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices. AUVERIX is not responsible for a third-party service that is outside our reasonable control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, AUVERIX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use or a service. Any direct liability relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim, except where a different limit is required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Alachua County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes to a paid membership will be communicated as required by law. Questions may be submitted through the website contact form or by calling 352-476-3305.
